Polkadot is an open source, blockchain platform and cryptocurrency that allows for distributed computing. The network uses a proof of stake consensus algorithm. 

I think polkadot has some great things going for it, the main thing I personally find appealing is that polkadot is a decentralized web where users are the one in control and that they are looking forward and preparing for future technologies that haven't even been announced yet. 

Customer Success Manager - This role will be focused on building and managing customer relationships, ongoing engagements, implementation of projects and onboarding customers. With the key goals of increasing adoption of Substrate/Polkadot and developing high-value initiatives as well as programmes.

Data Engineer - 

• Lead the design and construction of scalable, reliable data pipelines from a variety of sources.
• Coordinate with DevOps to support the design and deployment of a data architecture that will act as the source of truth for the organization. 
• Lead the decision making process on the choice of data processing and ETL tools. 
• Maintain high data-quality and integrity for pipelines. 
• Create self-service tools for data consumers both within the organization and also the wider Substrate and Polkadot ecosystem.

Technical Writer - As a technical writer, you will help develop and maintain our Substrate documentation, which includes articles, tutorials, and recipes. You will have the opportunity to interact with the engineering team and learn how to use Substrate, as well as interact with users to understand the target audience for documentation.
