Umpqua bank has never fully recovered from its peek value since the 2009 recession and has shown a trend over the past 5 years of slow growth however this company could see a significant gain in value as the US comes out of the pandemic with a resurging economy with low interest rates. So my overall opinion of this company would be positive primarily because it is a smaller banking corporation that is very friendly and cooperative with local smaller businesses.
