This company is a delivery service (app) made possible and powered by blockchain technology. Bistroo is a delivery service that claims to put restaurants first, specifically their goal is to have lower restaurant fees because other delivery services charge really high fees. And they also want to have direct connections between customer and restaurant, because they claim other delivery services dont have that. 

I think the company website is professional and looks good, I'm not sold on the idea of the company and it does not seem very innovative. The issue of fees isn't a huge problem for all delivery services, same with direct connection between customers and restaurants. Not to mention their are already three powerhouse delivery services that have solidified themselves as the best delivery services. Not very innovative and not a lot of opportunity to break big. 

Software engineer, produces code for new requirements, tests programs, troubleshoots and debugs existing programs, probably blockchain technology. 

Back end developer, builds and maintains the technology that powers those components which, together, enable the user-facing side of the website to even exist in the first place.

Growth hacker, needs to be adept in marketing and also more importantly interpreting the data that comes from marketing.
