Zcash serve's the purpose of protecting people's privacy and anonymity, with their usage of zk-SNARK and zero-knowledge technology they hash user's information and addresses. For clarity, a lot of companies do provide a anonymous and privacy, but that can be tracked back to a user due to their public addresses being shared. That's why Zcash wants to completely private these information, such as the amount sent or receiving/sending addresses. Obviously, it's going to be private to an extent because they still have to monitor auditing and other compliances.

Zcash has an interesting concept, but the way that anonymity could play out and be used advantageously is a bit unclear. Per say in a scenario where these addresses and public information are exposed and formulate into a problem; then I believe Zcash has a ledge above others.  Privacy should be valued and is a proper concern, especially for online things because it's not always safe to trust people or figures who're around. Zcash should work more around this anonymity and provide more to showcase the benefits, there are some, but not a whole lot.

Jobs are unfortunately not listed on their website, but due to the company's description it's fair to assume that they would look for software engineers and cyber security developers. I can imagine the prices being relatively similar to that of 90k a year, but it does depend on location and the companies choice for dishing out payment.
