Instead of relying on older models of proof of concept, file coin provides incentive by directly rewarding file coin proportional to the individuals provided storage space.
This storage is usable by anyone in the Filecoin network, and its development can allow for cloud storage on a massive scale, all incentivized by its crypto currency.

The cloud storage concept is interesting, but I am afraid having the storage so decentralized could allow for exploitation of sensitive data regardless of the protection s offered by the blockchain.
